What people ask us most
Do I have to install anything on each computer?
No. Winledger is a web app: you use it from your browser, on your phone too.
Can I bring over my historical data?
Yes. We migrate balances, master data, and history from your current system and reconcile them with you before go-live.
Does it handle bolívares and dollars at the same time?
Yes. Each transaction is recorded in its own currency at the day’s BCV (Central Bank of Venezuela) rate, which the app loads automatically, and reports can be viewed in either currency.
What about the confidentiality of my information?
We treat your data as confidential from the first contact. Our commitment and our confidentiality clauses are published on our Confidentiality page.
What data can Lía see?
Only the areas your company enables for her and that your user has permission to see. She answers with totals and, in payroll, never with figures for small groups that could identify an individual. Each company decides whether to use her.
