Employee portal

• The pay stub, explained. Employees see what changed compared with their previous pay stub and what each item means, and can hide the amounts on screen with a tap.
• Vacations and leave. Calendar, available days, and requests; once approved, it flows into payroll automatically.
• Loans and severance benefits. See the installment before requesting a loan, check the severance benefits balance, and request an advance with its legal reason.
• Employment letters with or without salary, verifiable by QR.
• Configurable requests. Your company defines each request, its steps, and who signs, with conditions by amount.
• My Team, for managers. Who’s in today, who’s off this week, and what’s awaiting their sign-off.
• Designed for mobile, in Spanish or English, with bulk user setup from an Excel file.

Supplier portal

• Withholding certificates for IVA, ISLR, IAE, and AR-CV ready to download, also all at once in a ZIP file.
• Invoices pending payment, by company and by currency.
• Bank accounts and documents, with account change requests and Treasury’s dual control.
