Payments, banks, and fixed assets with their journal entries, in bolívares and in foreign currency.

Treasury and banking
- Payment orders with signatures. Each payment goes through the signatures your company defined, in bulk or one by one.
- Batch payments with a bank file. Build the batch and generate the file your bank requires.
- Payments in bolívares or foreign currency, with the day’s rate in the journal entry and an alert when a payment’s rate deviates more than 5% from the BCV rate.
- Supplier advances. Apply several advances against several invoices, even in different currencies.
- Supplier bank accounts with dual control. Whoever requests an account change can’t confirm it, and a pending account can’t receive payments.
- Bank reconciliation. Import the bank statement, reconcile automatically or manually with suggestions, and get the four-column report. A new bank’s format can be added without programming.
- Projected cash flow. Actual and projected, by day, week, or month, with Excel, plus the available balance across all your banks as of any date.
- 21 reports in bolívares and dollars. Payments by bank and by supplier, days to pay, advances, signature audit, and petty cash.
Fixed assets
- The asset is born with the purchase. It’s registered automatically when the purchase is received, in bolívares or foreign currency.
- Depreciation and month-end close with its journal entry, in a single operation and reversible.
- Retirements and sales, a lifecycle record for each asset, and initial loading from Excel.
- Built for large companies. In internal tests with 200,000 assets, the asset record opens in under a second.
